Frequently Asked Questions
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free worldwide. We prepare each scroll within 3 business days, then ship it with SF Express International. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Read our Shipping Policy.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Possibly. Your destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in our prices. If you’re unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Are your scrolls original paintings?
No. Our scrolls are fine art reproductions of classical Chinese paintings, printed on xuan paper and then hand-mounted as traditional scrolls in our own workshop. They are not originals, antiques or hand-painted works.
Can I return my scroll?
Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. If your scroll arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us photos within 3 days of delivery and we’ll cover the full cost of making it right. Refunds go to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return. Read our Refund & Returns Policy.
How do I pay?
We accept payment through PayPal at checkout, including card payments where PayPal offers them. We never see or store your card details. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more.
